By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from RetroTech Corporation (a subsidiary of Oblivion Softworks), you agree to the following terms:

• Products are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the asset within your own Roblox experience(s).

• Redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of our assets in any form is strictly prohibited, unless given strict permission by Oblivion Softworks owners.

• Modification is permitted for internal/private use, but modified versions are also subject to this agreement.

• Attribution is not required, but greatly appreciated.

• Breach of these terms may result in license revocation, blacklists, or legal action where applicable.

🔐 License Conditions

• You may use assets in unlimited personal or team Roblox projects, as long as you are the licensed owner or the project falls under your direct control.

• Assets may not be used commercially outside of Roblox (e.g., NFTs, third-party engines, resale platforms).

• You may not re-upload or sell our assets, even if modified.

• You may not claim authorship or represent our products as your original work.

• Licensing may be revoked at any time if the terms are violated.
