Weβre officially revving up again after a temporary slowdown in development. This delay was due to real-life responsibilities of key developers, other studio obligations (namely RetroTech Corp), and personal matters on the part of the Administrator.

π PRODUCT LICENSE NOTICE:
The deadline to reclaim any previous assets under our old licensing system has officially passed. All pre-Oblivion Softworks licenses are now void. Anyone who failed to submit a support ticket within the allowed time no longer retains any licensing rights to those assets. All licensing is now managed under Oblivion Softworks.

π RetroTech Announcement β License Policy Changes & Structural Updates

In the wake of RetroTech Corporationβs full transfer to Oblivion Softworks, we are implementing sweeping internal and external changes across all platforms, products, and services. This includes:
A full Discord server restructure, with channels being renamed, reset, or archived.
A redesign of our Payhip storefront, including product pages, pricing, and visuals.
Updates to the Roblox Hub Game, which will serve as our official point for in-platform purchases.
Random updates to branding, including logos and graphical assets.
π Licensing Changes β Immediate Action Required
Effective immediately, all licenses issued prior to Oblivion Softworksβ acquisition of RetroTech Corporation are considered void unless revalidated.
Non-exclusive license holders must open a support ticket within 120 hours to reclaim product rights. Valid proof of purchase is required.
Resale/exclusive license holders have 72 hours to validate old rights. All resale rights are now revoked unless proven during this grace period.
Failure to comply within the allotted timeframes will result in permanent revocation of claim rights. Unauthorized redistribution or resale will be met with DMCA action, blacklisting, and potential legal steps.
All assets and their associated rights are now solely managed and owned by Oblivion Softworks.

Summary:
Oblivion Softworks has formally assumed ownership and operational control of RetroTech Corporation and SCP-F | NETWORK. This transition marks a new era of innovation, leadership, and strategic alignment across our products and platforms.
Full Update:
The Oblivion Softworks Board of Directors is pleased to announce the formal establishment of Oblivion Softworks as the parent company and overseeing entity for both RetroTech Corporation and SCP-F | NETWORK. This restructure allows for centralized management, clearer oversight, and the long-term scalability of our offerings.
With this transition:
RetroTech Corporation will resume operations, re-enable support services, and begin rolling out new asset packages. Outdated or previously sold copyrighted systems are being phased out permanently.
SCP-F | NETWORK will also resume development. Our website is being transferred from Squarespace to Cloudflare, and restoration will occur over the coming weeks.
We have initiated a full administrative restructure within the Discord server. All exclusive roles from the former administration (e.g., past staff, owners, support agents) have been purged unless those individuals are now part of the Oblivion leadership team.
Legacy Discord channels, outdated content, and previous administrative logs will be archived. Expect rapid changes to Discord infrastructure, server layout, and support pathways.
This move ensures a modern, professional, and future-proof foundation for all Oblivion-affiliated projects. We thank our community for its continued support and patience during this transition.
